The kitchen package includes a fridge/freezer, induction hob with hood, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Furniture options include built-in wardrobes, beds, living and dining furniture and sun loungers; confirm the final selection and supply scope with the team.

The standard residence fee is THB 2,500 per month, covering garbage collection three times per week, maintenance of the deep well and underground electricity, common-area gardening and lighting. Water is listed at THB 50 per m³.
Additional residence packages in the presentation are listed at THB 5,500 and THB 7,500 per month, with villa gardening, pool care and access to gym, sauna and resort facilities depending on the chosen package. Confirm the package’s current inclusions and facility availability with the project team.
